Here I am, finally taking over Howling Hound. Or maybe that should be Stalking Border Collie - because that's my other half.

Here is a tribute, from Gully Brook Press: I Remember Rudy.

Sam is doing well, but he's still a baby.

I sadly report that Rudy passed away at age 10, on September 25, 2005. All dogs are special, but there will never be another Rudy. Although he had cancer, he was active until two days before he died.

"The Howling Hound" will eventually be taken over by Sam. He may be part hound, but he is too young to howl properly.
